Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use our website or work with Digi Swift Pulse Private Limited.

Effective2 October 2026Last updated2 October 2026Questionssales@digiswiftpulse.com

01Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of digiswiftpulse.com and to the services provided by Digi Swift Pulse Private Limited (“Digi Swift Pulse”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our services you agree to these Terms.

Where you sign a proposal, statement of work or service agreement with us, that document sets out the specific scope, fees and timelines and takes priority over these Terms if the two conflict.

02Our services

We provide growth audits and services across automation AI, business intelligence, creative media production, web and mobile engineering, brand ideation, digital marketing and PR, and corporate solutions, including the Aigentas AI sales agent. The exact deliverables for each engagement are those agreed in writing.

03Proposals, fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules and any deposits are set out in your proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable by the due date shown on them.

Advertising spend, platform subscriptions, stock media, software licences and other third-party costs are separate from our fees unless your proposal says otherwise. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.

04Your responsibilities

To deliver well we need your help. You agree to:

  • give us accurate information and timely feedback and approvals;
  • provide the access we need to your accounts, websites and systems, using platform permissions where possible rather than sharing passwords;
  • make sure you have the rights to any content, data, logos or materials you give us; and
  • comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business and campaigns.

05Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full for a deliverable, you own the final version we create specifically for you, unless your agreement says otherwise.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries, methods and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any that are built into your deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

06Third-party platforms

Many services run on platforms we don’t control, such as Meta, Google, TikTok, payment gateways and hosting providers. Your use of them is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions or ad approval decisions, though we will help you respond to them.

07AI and automated features

Some services use AI, including chat assistants, calling agents and Aigentas. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing the information, rules and approved answers these systems use, and for deciding when a person should take over.

08Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

09No guaranteed results

We plan every deliverable around a measurable goal, but results such as rankings, leads, sales or coverage depend on factors outside our control. Unless your agreement states a specific guarantee, we do not guarantee particular outcomes.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Ending an engagement

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the agreement. If none is set out, either party may end it with 30 days’ written notice. You pay for work completed and costs committed up to the end date.

12Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or misuse our forms or AI assistant. Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Changes do not affect agreements already signed unless both parties agree.
