Digi Swift Pulse Private Limited (“Digi Swift Pulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a growth, technology and marketing company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy applies to our website at digiswiftpulse.com, our applications (including applications that connect to Facebook, Instagram or other Meta platforms), our AI assistant, and the services we provide to clients.
For the personal information described in this policy, Digi Swift Pulse decides how and why it is used. When we handle information inside a client's own accounts or systems on that client's instructions, we do so on the client's behalf and under our agreement with them.
02Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with our services, we may collect the following.
Information you give us
Your name, email address, phone number, business or organization information, information submitted through forms or applications (for example, the growth audit booking form: your website, the service you need, your budget range and your preferred go-live date), and communications or inquiries submitted to us.
Information we receive through Meta platforms
If you connect or authorize our application through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta platform, we may receive information that you authorize Meta to share with our application. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include public profile information, Facebook or Instagram account information, Page information, Page management information, content or information necessary to provide the requested service, and other information specifically authorized by you through Meta's authorization process.
We only request and use permissions that are necessary for the functionality of our application.
Information clients share with us
When a business engages us, it may give us access to brand materials, advertising accounts, analytics, sales data and similar business information so that we can audit, plan and deliver the agreed work.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our servers and service providers may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This helps us run, secure and improve the website.
03How we use information
We may use collected information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain our services;
- provide services requested by users or businesses, including scheduling and delivering growth audits;
- connect and manage authorized Meta accounts, Pages, or other assets;

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for example, when you authorize a Meta connection), the need to perform a contract with you or take steps you request before one, our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, or our legal obligations.
We do not use information obtained through Meta platforms for purposes unrelated to the functionality or services for which the user provided authorization.
05Meta Platform data
Our applications may use Meta APIs and services to provide functionality requested by users. Information obtained through Meta platforms is used only for legitimate business and service purposes associated with the authorized application.
We do not sell, license or purchase Meta Platform data, and we do not transfer it to data brokers or advertising networks. We do not use it to make decisions about eligibility for credit, employment, housing or insurance, or to discriminate against anyone. We share it only with service providers who need it to deliver the authorized functionality and who are bound to protect it.
We will comply with applicable Meta Platform policies and requirements concerning the collection, use, storage, and deletion of Meta Platform data.
06AI assistant and forms
AI assistant. When you use the chat assistant on our website, the messages you type are sent to our workflow automation and AI service providers to generate a reply. A random session identifier is stored in your browser so that a conversation can continue; the conversation text itself is not stored in your browser. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat. Replies are generated automatically and may not always be accurate; our team will confirm anything important.
Booking and contact forms. Details you submit through our forms are delivered to our sales team by email through a form delivery service, and are used to respond to your request and schedule your audit.
08Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
When information is no longer required, we may securely delete or anonymize it. If you revoke our application's access to your Meta account, we stop collecting new data through that connection and delete the Meta Platform data we no longer need.
09Data security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. Access is limited to people and providers who need it to do their work. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10International transfers
We are based in Pakistan, and some of our service providers store or process information in other countries. When information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to make sure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
11Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;

12User data deletion
Users may request deletion of personal information held by Digi Swift Pulse Private Limited.

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant account or application connection, such as your name, the email address you used, and the Facebook Page or Instagram account connected to our application. After receiving a valid deletion request, we will process the request in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our data retention obligations, and we will confirm by email once it is complete. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Where applicable, information obtained through Meta platforms will be deleted in accordance with Meta's applicable requirements and policies.
13Revoking app access
You may revoke our application's access to your Meta account or assets through the relevant Meta account settings, for example under the business integrations or apps and websites section of your Facebook or Instagram settings. Revoking access may prevent certain features of our application from functioning.

14Children's privacy
Our services are not intentionally directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
15Third-party services
Our services may contain integrations or links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including our social media pages. Digi Swift Pulse Private Limited is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Users should review the privacy policies of those services separately.
16Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
