01Our approach

Our clients trust us with access to ad accounts, websites, analytics and customer conversations. We treat that access with care: we ask only for what a job needs, keep it under control, and remove it when the work ends.

02Account access

• We prefer platform-native permissions, such as partner or agency access in Meta Business Manager and Google, instead of shared passwords.
• Access is limited to the team members working on your account.
• We ask clients to keep ownership of their own business accounts and assets.
• When an engagement ends, we hand back or remove our access.

03Protecting data

• Our website and forms use HTTPS encryption in transit.
• We use reputable service providers for hosting, email and automation, and give them only the data they need.
• Team accounts are protected with strong passwords and, where available, two-factor authentication.
• Client files are stored in access-controlled workspaces, not on personal accounts.

04AI and automation safeguards

Our AI assistants and Aigentas work from information and rules the client approves. They hand conversations to a person when a request needs judgement. We ask visitors not to share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in chat.

05Our people

Team members are bound by confidentiality obligations and follow our access and data handling practices. Access is reviewed when people change roles or leave.

06If something goes wrong

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data or accounts, we will act to contain it, investigate, and notify affected clients without undue delay, along with any notifications required by law.

07Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in our website or services, please email privacypolicy@digiswiftpulse.com with details so we can reproduce it. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, change or delete data that isn’t yours.
